Challenge
NOM Originals is a small-batch fashion brand with strong visual identity and a loyal Gen Z audience, but their email marketing felt disconnected from their Instagram presence. They needed email campaigns that could drive conversions while maintaining the playful, curated aesthetic their audience loves—without overwhelming subscribers with heavy sales copy or cluttered layouts.
Solution
I designed three strategic email campaigns for key business moments: a collection launch, a pre-order exclusive, and a curated boxes promotion. Each email followed a conversion-focused structure: hero section with immediate CTA, bridge sections using infographics instead of text blocks, lifestyle imagery showing real styling, and clear value propositions.
The design approach prioritized scannability—big buttons, generous whitespace, visual hierarchy that guides the eye naturally from imagery to action. Copy stayed conversational and warm (matching NOM's Instagram voice) while maintaining strategic focus on benefits and urgency. All layouts were mobile-first, using NOM's brand colors (pink, cream, green, black) and featuring lifestyle photography that felt relatable rather than overly polished.
Impact
These email designs demonstrate how fashion brands can create campaigns that feel authentic to their social media presence while driving measurable business results. By combining strategic structure with brand personality, the emails balance aspiration with accessibility—showing Gen Z customers not just what to buy, but how pieces fit into their lives. The result: emails that subscribers actually want to open, not just delete.
