One concept — SIGNAL — drives everything: the dot-matrix logo built from transmission points, the photography treatment that renders portraits as frequency data, the content system that scales from an episode cover to a stage screen. The goal wasn't to design a podcast brand. It was to prove that a media brand can behave like an institution.
